Mobile Tools for iMapInvasives (Webinar)
The NY online invasive species database, iMapInvasives, is designed to access and share information about infestations and management efforts across the state. New mobile tools are now available to collect data in the field for upload into your iMapInvasives account. Join us for a webinar next Tuesday to tour the mobile options!
iMapMobile allows for quick and easy invasive species reporting from the field for citizen scientists and professionals, and is currently available for Android phones, and coming soon for iPhones.
iMapField is designed for natural resource professionals collecting advanced data, such as treatments and assessments, in the field. This program runs on Android tablets, and requires access to ArcGIS to upload the data.
