Invasives Removal with Pound Ridge Land Conservancy

Following up on the good work of our volunteers, PRLC seeks to recruit for another round of invasive species control at Clark Preserve.  Our task is to detect and eliminate resprouting of Japanese barberry in an area that was cleared last year as part of our Woodlands Health Management Plan.  This is a great opportunity for a guided walk along the trails at Clark as well as for hands-on learning about forest stewardship.  Please bring your own sturdy work gloves and a water bottle and snack.  Meet at the entrance to the preserve on Autumn Ridge Road.  Contact Krista for more information at landsteward.educator@prlc.net or 914-205-3533.
