Invasives Removal with Pound Ridge Land Conservancy

Take your pick from our list of spring projects on the Learning Landscape at the Armstrong Preserve and Education Center.  We are working to restore and enhance several areas of the Preserve including the meadow and vernal pool.  There are tasks for all ages including planting, fencing, or clearing invasive plant species.  Please bring sturdy work gloves and a water bottle and snack.  Long pants and sleeves are also a good idea.  Meet at the top of the driveway at 1361 Old Post Road, Pound Ridge, and stay for the Plein Air Charcoal Workshop afterwards if you like.  For more information, contact Krista at 914-205-3533 or landsteward.educator@prlc.net.
