Thomas Rainer, a landscape architect by profession and a gardener by obsession, is a futurist fascinated by the intersection of wild plants and human culture. He has worked on the grounds of the US Capitol, the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial and the New York Botanical Garden.

Thomas will encourage us to loosen up our landscape, plant more daringly and use more natives while emphasizing naturalistic garden design.

Talk is FREE and open to the public thanks to a generous grant from Con Edison.

Co-sponsored by the Rye Garden Club, the Little Garden Club of Rye and the Jay Heritage Center, a LH PRISM partner.
