Description
The LH PRISM's actions are guided by 6 goals developed by PRISM partners as part of our PRISM's strategic plan. These goals are further broken down into objectives that help drive our PRISM's Annual Action Plan (i.e., work plan for the year). We are in the process of creating the 2023 Action Plan which is expected to be finalized by April 1, 2023. The below attachment outlines the 6 goals and specific objectives that form the crux of our PRISM's overall strategic plan.
