Join the Trail Conference's Invasives Strike Force crew as we remove Scotch Broom (Cytisus scoparius) from the Orange County Land Trust property. Anyone can participate. No experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training. You will need to bring leather work gloves, plenty of water and a lunch you can eat on the trails. We provide the tools.
Scotch broom is a Tier 2 early detection species in the Lower Hudson PRISM. Come help us stop this invader from establishing a foothold in our region.
