Wednesday, August 14, 2019 - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Location:
Teatown Lake Reservation 1600 Spring Valley Rd, Ossining, NY 10562

Ah, aquatic plants. Love them or hate them, our lakes need vegetation to sequester nutrients, lock sediments in place, provide food and nursery habitat for wildlife, and shelter from predators. In some cases, there can be too much of a good thing. From nuisance natives to invasive species, join us for Part 2 of our Lake Management Lecture Series to discover a new appreciation for aquatic plants, what happens when there are too many, and how to manage them. For adults.

Programs require pre-registration. Online registration available until noon the day before the event. If online registration is not available, call (914) 762-2912 x110 to register.
