The webinar is being presented by Dr. Hubert Ling. Hubert is presently the president of the NPSNJ and has been a member and served on the board from its inception. He has been active for years as the horticulturist providing propagation information, writing articles, and propagating a backyard full of plants and seeds, and has freely donated to many organizations including the NPSNJ seed swap. Hubert currently writes for the Gardener News every month for the NPSNJ.
